Introduction
JBY800 grouting machine is one of the newest waterproof machine with high pressure. The machine is for crack repair and injecting the polyurethane PU foam materials to the center , the materials diffuse from center to all direction. And it will fast react with the air or water to harden to plug up the crack permanently and stop the water leakage.
Compared to the traditaional product, this machine JBY800 save time and save materials, because it is using hose suction method to feed in materials. The high pressure injection machine can stop the water immediately, especially for stop the big running water, it's fast and efficient.

Usage
1. The new injection pump should be lubricated by the lubricant before using. The body and the accessories should be mopped with a lubricant saturated cloth.
2. Pour the even polyurethane or epoxy into the material cup and cower the lid. Turn the switch to open and the injector to then dust bin.
3. Turn of the power switch, expel the lubricant from the hose until the medicament come out. Turn off the power and then the switch valve.
4. After construction, clean up the injection pump immediately with special cleanser (acetone or xylene).Pour the cleanser into the material cup and expel it from the hose. Put the injector into the material cup, turn on and off the switch valve for several times to create pressure in the hose. It help clean. After 3 to 5 minutes, expel the cleanser from the pump to the dustbin.
5. After that, lubricant is necessary for maintain to avoid residue blocking in the hose, let it cycles one time for maintenance.

Polyurethane foam separately pours into the feed cup. Firstly, turn off the switch of straw and insert the double-liquid needle locked, start the power switch and inject the water-sealing agent into the body for leak stoppage & reinforcement.

There are size is 13mm*80mm, 13mm*100mm, 13mm*150mm.
Trouble shooting
1. Ask: Leaking in the nozzle while injection?
Answer: The rubber nut wears out in the nozzle. Dismount the nozzle and replace it with a new one.
2. Ask: The pressure of the pump cannot raise?
Answer: Take of the four hexagonal screws in the pressure increasing cylinder, clean groove in the pressure pump with hard brush (steel brush) and steel ball, spring and pressure increasing cylinder. If the surface of the steel ball is not smooth enough, please replace it and assemble it. Adjust the screw, any leaking while injection, please adjust the screw with the special spanner. If it can’t be adjust, please change the washer.
3. Ask: Piston if full of the residue?
Answer: Clean up the residue on the piston.
Take attention
Please wear protective supplies ( such as gloves, masks, goggles ) when operating to avoid direct contact with the skin. If contamination of slurry please rinse with water. When the eyes are polluted firstly rinse with plenty of water immediately after the hospital.
