Shipping

l We ship the goods to worldwide from China mainland.

l Items will be send in 48 hours after you make the payment.

l shipping: by China Post Air Mail( less than 2 kg,USA may be by ePacket) ,Usually, the delivery time will be 7 to 40 days, because it will take 7-20 days from China Customs to your Country's Customs, and it need a  few days to process at Post office. We will send your as fast as we can, but the delivery time depends on the shipping method which you choose, if you need the goods urgent, please select faster express (EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and so on). So please don't leave any negative feedback because of the long delivery time.

l The buyer is responsible for the tax which is charged by their country. To avoid you to pay the taxes, we will declare the goods as “gifts”or “samples” for small package by default, if you are a wholesale customer, please contact me by email or talk with me by Trade Manager for more detail.

l We provide drop shipping service for you. For drop shipping, we want to know the detail of your customers (Receiver, detail address, TEL), please tell us this information by messages or email.

If package over 2KG, please choose express, the freight is depend on the actual postage calculation.  

Refund

we check every piece of the goods before send, if it's our responsibility about defective product, we will deal with it in time. we also need your help for below:

l If the item is defective, please let us know in 24 hours after you got it.

l Please take pictures of the item which is damaged, then send the picture to us by email, if we can identify that is our problem, we will add the new one to your next order for free.

l if we could not identification, please return the items in their original condition, in order to a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give you some discounts for your next order.
