1. Fabrics: satin 395, taffeta, chiffon, tulle, organza, lace, mesh, etc.
2. Technics: embroidery, beads, hand-made flowers, gathers, ruffles, etc.
3. Color: any color on our color chart is available.
4. Size: standard size or custom made.
5. MOQ: The minimum order starts from 1 piece per style. Mix-style orders are acceptable.
6. Lead time: 15-20 days (8-12 days for producing plus 5-7 days for shipping)

F. Return Policy
1. We only accept returns or exchanges on standard size gowns that have not been altered or worn. In other word, the item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
2. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, pls do contact us within 3 days after you get the package, showing pictures if necessary. Besides, we must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If not, no refund or exchange will be given.
3. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged; A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
G. Notes
1. The wedding dress does not include any accessories, such as gloves, wedding veil and petticoat. However, if the purchase amount is more than US$300 at one time, free corresponding veil, petticoat or gloves would be offered.
2. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen ,we can not guarantee that the color of the products would be exactly the same with the picture shows.
3. Please give us your exact size and color when placing an order, so that we can make the dress fits you perfectly!
