  We only ship to the confirmed address (We can accept other payments). Before you pay, please make sure your address matches the address you would like us to ship to.

  2. Shipping time depends on the efficiency of the destination’s local post office. When the goods arrive to your local post office, but none signs the parcel after 7 days, the parcel will be returned or destroyed. We will not resend the parcel and the money will also not be refunded.

  3. Please mark declared value for customs when you make an order. Without mark, we usually show the details of the auto part and write a lower declared value.

Return and Refund policy

  No return will be accepted except for manufacturer’s defect. If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days after you received the item. Please provide us with real photo of your item for any complaint for us to do the investigation. Return item must be in brand new condition which means it’s never installed and kept in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable in return case. Buyer need to pay the shipping and handling charges again for the re-ship item, except the address mistake we made.
