1.Which picture is the backdrop you will receive?  
The backdrops we sell are the pictures without the backdrop stand, and we will produce the backdrop with default form if no special requirements, please feel free to contact us if you are confused about it.
2.Color Mismatch:
Differences in color maybe caused by some reasons such as color reflection in the monitor, lighting, background etc. If you cannot accept the presence of slight color difference, please consider carefully before you buy.
3.Background Shape:
We will produce the backdrops according to the picture shape(especially vertical or horizontal). If there is no special requirements in the order comment.
4.Customized floor size or wall size:
If you want to custom the shape of the wall and floor under the case of the certain size, please leave a note in the order. If no special requirements we will produce the backdrops according to the picture in default form.
5.Long delivery time to some countries:
It costs much longer time(1-2 months) to ship package from China to some countries like Pakistan, Kyrghyzstan, Mexico, South America like Brazil/Chile/Argentina, Africa countries like South Africa. If you cannot accept the long delivery time, please consider carefully before you buy.

(Note: 4x4ft and 5x5ft size always has "No Floor" part, you could choose matching floors in the same size from our store.
All these sizes are suitable for Newborns Photography and Little Children or Pet Photography.)


2) Non-seamless for big sizes
6x9ft (180x270cm)
7x7ft (220x220cm)--no floor for person to stand on.

These big sizes are suitable for wedding stage, holiday and party photography, adult, maternity and family photography and so on.
Also there's no pocket on its top. And the backdrop is not waterproof, do not use water to clean it if it's dirty, you can use dry cloth or brush to wipe it.
Warm Tip:
The backdrop will be glued by 2 parts when the both sides are longer than 5 feet. The junction line is nearly invisible on deep color backdrops. In contrast, it's EASY to notice when close look, but photography has no problem when in a suitable distance. If you cannot accept the junction, please consider carefully before you buy. However, if you prefer seamless backdrop for large size at a little higher prices, please contact us for details.

Package & Materials:
Art Fabric(fine knitting, soft, a little hard, thin, lightweight, non-glare)
Art Fabric is the most saleable material, this material is light, non-waterproof, slight diaphanous. Due to non-glare, it is suitable for indoor us. It is packaged in folded way by default, which will results in some extent creases. But the creases will disappear as long as it is rolled up with paper bucket or ironed in the back. Most importantly, it's the most cost-effective way. We also provide rolled package for extra shipping fees if you prefer, please contact us before you buy.

Other materials available:
Canvas(higher price, rolled package shipment, please contact us if you prefer)
The material of Canvas is relative thick, which is not diaphanous or reflective, meanwhile, the color of the backdrop made of canvas is most vivid due to layers relationship between material thickness and the surface of products, therefore, the color of Canvas is relative good among these few materials; usually, Canvas is shipped by rolled package

How to remove wrinkles
1.Roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, then it will be ok. 
2.Use a background stand to clip it on and you can not see the creases in the pictures.
3.Hang it over several days, and use your hands to press the wrinkles/fold lines, or fold it to the opposite direction, usually the wrinkles will disappear. 
4.Heat it with a steam iron on the back of item, then the backdrop will get smooth again. 

About Color:
Please note that every computer has different color and resolution settings, so colors shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual print depending on your settings. We cannot offer refunds or replacements on items that have slight color variations for this reason as this is the natural process for any printed items. We have done our best to give a color description of each backdrop.

How to hang up the backdrop:
Typically photographers use photography backdrop clamps to hang it on a backdrop stand. However, we can add Grommets or Pole pockets at a small additional charge(Please request for this before ordering).

1.We will ship out your item within 5-15 business days after the payment is clear.
2.On average, please allow 7-15 business days for US deliveries and 15-60 business days for other countries, such as South America, Africa, East Europe, etc.
3.The items will be marked as "sample" or "tool" with a lower value for easy customs clearance to help you cut your customs duties. However, the buyer is responsible for it if the import duties occurs.
4.Make sure you provide the correct delivery address and phone number.
5.If you want to receive goods faster or the weight is more than 2KG, you need choose Express EMS, and extra shipping rates apply. It will take 5-15 business days to reach with EMS.(More secure and faster)
6.We ship worldwide. If an item doesn't have the option to ship to your country, please contact us and we can fix it. Shipping time for different countries will vary.
