How to do nail art by Dipping Powder and the liquid?
Step 1: Apply C & I Professional Top Coat & Base Coat 2 in 1 Gel for Dipping Powder, as Base Coat.
Step 2: Dip nail into dipping powder
Step 3: Apply C & I Professional Top Coat & Base Coat 2 in 1 Gel for Dipping Powder, as Base Coat.
Step 4: Dip nail into powder, again.
( The above steps could be done again, according to your decision.)
Step 5: Sweep off the extra powder on the surface of nail.
Step 6: Apply C & I Professional Activator for Dipping Powder.
Step 7: Apply C & I Professional Top Coat & Base Coat 2 in 1 Gel for Dipping Powder
(a thin layer), as Top Coat. And then, apply C & I Professional Activator for Dipping Powder immediately.
Step 8: Use nail file to do adjustment.
Step 9: Apply C & I Professional Activator for Dipping Powder.
Step 10: Apply C & I Professional Top Coat & Base Coat 2 in 1 Gel for Dipping Powder, as Top Coat.
