Product Description: 

    The fine misting nozzles are made of brass bodies, inlayed stainless steel core guide vanes, the liquid forms a centrifugal vortex in the guide vanes, spray tiny open-core type particles from the jet hole, can be widely used in factory humidification, cooling, disinfection, dust fall, landscaping, salt fog test, and other artificial fog. The nozzle use American precision punching device, The aperture is about 0.3mm, well-made, compare the using costs and gas humidification, able to save more than 10 times.
     This series of nozzles does not require air assistance, the system is simple, spray a fine mist, sufficient atomization, has the advantages of energy saving, water saving, low cost and good effect; Stainless steel spray sheet is processed by advanced forging technology,  strong durability, the working life is about 2.5 times compared with similar products.
     The nozzle can be completely atomized by the pressure of the tap water, and the effect of using the high-pressure water pump is better.

Installation steps:
1.  It is recommended that the misting system be installed at the height of 2.5m-3m.
2. Connect the adapter to the water tap.
3. Turn on the water tap and wash the system for 1 minute and remove the impurities.
4. Screw the spray nozzle onto the tee parts, except for the end one.
5. Turn on the water tap and clean system for 2 minutes to make sure the system is completely cleaned.
6. Close the water tap and install the last nozzle to the joint and use the end cap.
7. Fix the misting hose by a cable belt saddle clamp.
8. Turn on the water tap until the sprayer works and enjoy the cooling misting system.
9. When no need to use the misting system for long time, close the nozzle and keep it dry and clean.
