High Precision professional coating thickness gauge meter
Magnetic induction principle: when the probe is in contact with the magnetic basal body of the cover layer, the probe and the magnetic matrix form a closed magnetic circuit. The thickness of the cover layer corresponds to the magnetic circuit reluctance, and the purpose of measuring the thickness of the magnetic covering layer is achieved by detecting the change of the magnetoresistance.
The principle of eddy current effect: when the probe is in contact with the non magnetic basal body with the cover layer, the probe makes the basal body produce eddy current, the feedback effect of the eddy current on the probe corresponds to the thickness of the cover layer, and the purpose of measuring the thickness of the cover layer is achieved by detecting this feedback.
