Tips
● Ink cartridge is not recognized by printer

Solution:

1. Check the installation

-Take off the tape
-Put it into the printer . When you hear "click", it is ok. Please install all 4 ink from our brand, the mix use different brand ink also will cause the problem
-Close the slot door
Please try to install it a few times to make the chip fit perfectly with the printer.

2. Sometime it is caused by a firmware,please update the firmware , it can work . You could go to the Bramd Official website to download the firmware.

● The printer shows that Cartridge Problem:until cartridges are installed,make sure the printer is turned on to avoid damage to the printer.
