Shipment Notice:
1. We advise SHIP by EMS to Russia Because EMS is good at customs declaration in Russia. And Russis buyer has to provide FULL Receiver name.
2. Brazil Buyer have to provie CPF code (Personal) or CNPJ code (Company ) For SHIPMENT by express such as DHL, ups. fedex or TNT. IF no CPF or CPNJ CODE, we have to ship by EMS to BRAZI
Warranty rule:
1. All IGBT and thyristor and inverter boards should be tested when you receive parts before installing on Machines. IF any quality problem for part itself within 30days without installing on machines, we can accept return parts or change parts.
2. If parts destroyed after installing on Machines, will be out of warranty. Because it is out of Part quality problem if parts burned or destroyed on Machines caused by Overload or bad drive board or mistake operation.
